Trails With Us!
If you have been thinking of going out and hitting the trails and just do not know how and where, this is your chance! The Running Group is hosting 4 weeks of getting your Trail Legs. We are covering the basics of trail running from how to stay on your feet, planning your needs, nutrition, hydration and even where to go? You will be instructed by our certified coaching staff and off road experts! Be prepared for fun and excitement while learning. Oh and remember it’s FREE!

- Kick off Sunday is Aug 7th 7:30am Old Folsom
- 2nd Sunday is Aug 14th 7:30am Sophia/Browns Ravine
- 3rd Sunday is Aug 21st 7:30am Granite Bay
- 4th Sunday is Aug 28th 7:30am Auburn
