The 5 minute warm up for runners!

If you think of your muscles and joints as clay, and imagine bending that clay without warming it up a little.  The clay would probably tear. If you added a bit of fluid to the clay and work it slowly, it would be just fine. Below is a video by Coach Jay that shows a quick 5 minute warm up to get every runner started. Try it and see if you don’t feel warmed up much sooner into your run.
