It is very simple…we start out by finding the perfect group for you. Then we begin with a few short walks in your first weeks. Of course, slowly building your endurance up,to get you to a higher fitness level than you are now. We combine all this walking with some extra nice people and an active mentor and presto like magic you are at that healthier point. Seven or so weeks into your season we do a reassessment of your pace and make sure you are still in the perfect group for you. Then your program continues from there.
