The Walking GroupFree Training Season crop

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced walkers of all levels.   Everything comes from your base/fitness level. Speed has nothing to do with it. All members complete an initial pace assessment from which we find the pace group perfect for you. We use a brisk and stroll method to increase your overall fitness and endurance. Our 16 week Summer/Spring season will start early Jan and is only $75, but your First Season Is Free . Beginner Program is designed for Walkers who have very little experience or just getting started. Maybe they are just coming off a long break from exercising and are taking it easy to start.

Intermediate Program is designed for casual or existing walkers who are able to maintain a continuous workout for up to 40 minutes. Maybe they have a specific distance or time goal.

Advanced Program Program is for walkers with a strong base ready to take training to a higher level even. Perhaps transitioning to some running intervals and longer races.

It is very simple…we start out by finding the perfect group for you. Then we begin with a few short walks in your first weeks. Of course, slowly building your endurance up,to get you to a higher fitness level than you are now. We combine all this walking with some extra nice people and an active mentor and presto like magic you are at that healthier point. Seven or so weeks into your season we do a reassessment of your pace and make sure you are still in the perfect group for you. Then your program continues from there.
