Folsom & Sacramento Training Program.  This program is designed to help both beginner and experienced runners and walkers reach their half marathon goals in a positive and fun group environment. Register Here

The Shamrock’n Half Marathon takes place on Sunday March 12th 2017 and is our target race for this program.  The Shamrock’n Half is a very scenic and fast course along some of Sacramento’s streets.
